Why Are You With Me?

Life pains...

Why are you with me?

I ask myself this a lot,

It's the one thing I have not forgot.

Why do you stand by my side,

When you see my hate reside?

It leaves for awhile,

Then it spews out like stomach bile.

Why do you suffer through this pain,

Especially when I'm the one to blame?

There's a lot better people in this world.

Many who will treat you right,

and will never make you fight.

So, why must you stay by my side,

When I make you want to cry?
