Fluctuating walls

Fluctuating walls

A Poem by a_methyste
"

I have entered a house i do not understand I try to touch the walls but they fluctuate The floor moans A silly cat says I love you Then scratches What do cats know about love anyway.

"
I have entered a house i do not understand
I try to touch the walls but they fluctuate
The floor moans
A silly cat says I love you
Then scratches
What do cats know about love anyway.

I speak to the cupboard
I speak to the bed
I speak to the drawer
And they reply things I do not understand at all

I am in a strange house
That is so hostile to me now
And then good
Then unfriendly
And refined

I am in a strange house
Where are the humans
There is no one around

Just a bin with beers
Some cigarettes
I smoked yesterday night
Because I was lonely.
