Stay Hungry

Stay Hungry

A Poem by Aaron Simington
"

A thirst that only I can quench. My imagination runs wild sometimes. My thoughts are my own.

"
I want you more
Than you want me
A want that’s so real
It makes me believe...

When I cannot breathe...
Diving down, I slowly drown
I’m overcoming the constant numbing
Tear through my soul, heart drumming
Heighten the bar, stay hungry
I want you more
Than you want me

Do not believe for one moment - that
You want me more, and you know it
You can’t compete with my dreams
You only wish you could see
One last gasp, the tightened grasp
When I cannot breathe...

I want you more
Than you want me

I have a feeling this relationship is not going to last. Might even end in violence.
