Beauty - A word that is trying to describe something that cannot be described

Gold of highest value

Gleaming across the sand

Warm and Joy walk along the shores

Hand-in-hand

It rains down hope

It heats their hearts 

God-given peace in the sky

Comes when the day starts

Trials are forgotten

Smiles are wide

Dancing along the beach

No more thorn in the side

As it rises it looses beauty

Fading into the vast blue

Disgraced by puffs of smoke

Even if there are few

Its elegance shines when leaving

Its grace comes where it begins

It disappears into the dark

Only to banish it in it’s sins

This glowing gold has brought life through the savior who it was made by

Everyday we see it and take it for granted

It’s too bright

It’s too beautiful 

We hate it with all our might

But when the day is over

And night curses the sky

No one wants it more than I

So... I wrote this piece this morning. I was planning to publish at 6:00 AM, but I thought otherwise. Therefore, here it is, and I was watching the sunrise as I was writing, or at least the beginning of the sunrise.
