Keep your head up

Above the water

Above the waves of emotion

And the sea of spiteful things they say.

 

Take a deep breath

And let it wash over you

But don't stay under too long

Come back up to the shining sun.

 

You're swimming through an ocean

An ocean of hatred

You can't get out

But you can

Keep your head up.

Really don't like this poem, but written just now and decided to publish anyways.
