An Uncertain Disposition

An Uncertain Disposition

A Poem by Austin Davis

I remember from life once
Or perhaps it was from a dream
An uncertain disposition
Being beneath a gloomy shade
Colored in an evening's crimson
A vast tundra of morose perception
Trudging through alone
Yet another bleeding autumn
Freshly painted and wretched
Amongst faded-heights a whistle
Soaring above frozen canvas
Using ashen clouds as stencil
