[ Through the Alternates of Joy & Sadness ]

Sardonically all have stood, gazing
along the memories of yore...
and the pain untouched,
and the dream of tenuous lore...

Alone but Hopeful,
through the alternates of Joy & Sadness
and the fading glances...
through my mind they broke
as glasses of virginity
my sanctity...
my sleeping sanity...
all have been shed,
as reveling poison spoke...

Voices of times ago
and calls of bleeding future
unheard, unshaped and naked were saw
with blades of Day
and blades of Night
Huh! What a sarcastic Low!
Acrimonious sighs!
And the beauty of my foe...

Powerful words and a sharp mind, that is what you are. I specifically liked the last part "Huh! What a sarcastic Low!", it's like a sudden jump that shows sarcasm.

Poignant! This has some brilliant expressions. Nicely penned.
