A Poem by Angelica

I lack wit, and I don’t speak eloquently.
I lack power, and sometimes act delinquently.
I lack style with grace, and have two left feet.
I lack great talent, and can’t hold a beat.
I lack manners, and laugh like a dog.
I lack keen eyes, and stand under fog.

You saw great genius, and a matching mouth.
You saw strength, and I doing what I thought right.
You saw a graceful dancer, and two perfect feet.
You saw blooming talent, and an artistic musician.
You saw a loving lady, and an adorable laugh.
You saw beautiful eyes, and I standing in the sun.

With your eyes I saw what I did not.
With your eyes I was soon caught.
With your eyes I saw what you viewed.
With your eyes I was renewed.
