Archangel

Archangel

A Poem by Amber Bein

Ash in the sand

Stillness throughout the land

Tears run down their face

But is an overall waste

Blackened eclipse fill the seas

Wishing they were free

Greif- stricken and devastating

The effect everlasting

The angel flies down

His golden trumpet sounds

Up the pure of heart he send

For nearer and nearer is the end

All hope that the past

Will not matter at times last
