Solitude

Solitude

A Poem by Amber Bein

There are so many things

That I wish I could say

That I wish I was free to say

To say and actually be heard

Because what good is life

When all you do is spend it alone

Alone in seclusion

Alone in isolation

Alone in the world

Alone in my very own fortress of solitude
