What the real happiness is?

Today I was chit-chatting with a colleague, he is funky junky types, enjoying his office, elastically humorous pranks, and telling all whimsical and mischievous ways to complete his work. 

Today he was missing his life, his student life, and totally behaving like a kid by remembering those pranks.

He just said one thing that most people dont know wat the real happiness is??

I asked him do you know?? What will make you really happy?

His great philosophical ideas as he sought he was, plunged from his inside, He answered with a single word ""yes"" .

I asked in detailed, this is what his reply was,

He said, according to me, there are 3 ingredients of happiness.

1) something to do like I was born for it.

2) someone to love, like there is no tomorrow.

3) something to hope for.

Then he went away, as always in a hurry to make a hush bush around everywhere he goes. Went away cheery and naughty thoughts without knowing that someone is serious about his replies.

But as expected, he would not ask what I think about. But If he had asked me I have had replied

"This moment which makes me cheery, when I'm meeting you, this is what is happiness for me."
