A Joyful Servant Laughing

My thoughts basically every day.

Some days

I hate the world

And all the things

In it,

Including myself.

But other days

I feel as though I have

So much love for it

That perhaps if I only care a little more,

Sing a little softer,

Or walk a little slower

On this road to the garden,

Everything unhappy and cold

Watching from far away

Will become curious

And want to be so close to God

As they see one of His joyful servants

Laughing.
