A Wardrobe of Water

A Wardrobe of Water

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

Hydrogen & Oxygen Duds

"
There was a river in my closet of dreams

beckoning me to the current of life,

I fell into the waters of yesterday

and swam on the morrow of the day

with all the joy left to the ocean

I soon swallowed the wetness of

the coming tide.

I've always loved water, its sound, its make up, its everlastingness. Thanks for visiting.

Intriguing imagery… finding yourself in the sea of our own existence.

It's like swimming inside yourself trying to find the source.
