A Captured Genie


Take for example the atmosphere

It hasn't spoken in millenniums,

Perhaps a storm or two for the viewers,

Lightening from the origins of heat,

A little theater in springtime,

Devastating heat lost all the way to winter.

You keep me now in lock & barrel

Silence my growing pangs of death

I will give you the world on tomorrow

I give it with my dying breath.

how romantic...to give another any wish we could possibly grant to them...even with our dying breath.
