In Praise of the Meek

In Praise of the Meek

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

inherit what?

"

In Praise of the Meek

you can count me as a drift of sand

wind as  countenance

silence as land

from where i go

to what i seek

that simple moment

when the meek sing in choral glee.

Three of you all in my favorite symphony, dancing with words, echoing into the souls of the universe. Thanks, thanks so much!

The complete strength found in full surrender … zen:)

we are the meek...the poets, the poor ones with only words as possessions...and we do drift, and we do seek.

love the wording of this.
