Feeling the Hills

Feeling the Hills

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz

Ouch!

Feeling the Hills

Couched reason
Self sinking into the feet of me
I hear fatigue panting around my corner
Tentacles grab the reach of my body
Tired times three
I'm sleeping with the best of the bones
along a row of arms & legs
the stretch is how I make my bed.

Hey FT!

I drove 13.5 hrs a day ahead of time. Took some wonderful pictures. I'll post some when I get them finished. Thanks for visiting!

Regards,
Al

sounds like a bad bout of 'all up hill'... i know what this feels like sometimes... the body feels like it just wants to spend the day motionless, seated or on its back... great write, Al.

Hi Guys!

I might leave a day early. The legs are rubbery; Tylenol is not taking the aches away. Thanks for visiting. Moonskittles did I tell you how beautiful you look in that picture?

Regards,
Al

sometimes our bodies ache so much, wherever we can stretch our legs...that is couch enough reason to sleep.
