How the Breath Sustained Her

How the Breath Sustained Her

How the Breath Sustained Her

She stood entranced among garden flowers, a sky rich in blue,
soil that lifted her into strange atmospheres, flying birds wrapped
themselves around her sky, she dangled her whole body on a cliff's edge
made of poetry.
And in every moment that became her she lived life's lasting breath.

Fantastic! Your words transported me back to college....back to a time when many appreciated poetry and loved nature. We drank in the world and it sated us. Where have all the flowers gone? Peter, Paul, and Mary asked the question back then....and it still applies. I liked this. Lydi**

Damn I had to edit it. I did't see that mistake.

You are right on Jacob. I remember those days, concerts, I love that era. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Take care!

Regards,
Al

damn this is cool....
i am back in the summer of love---i see melanie, i see marianne faithful and others...i hear their voices coming from that cliff's edge...and i hear their breaths after each note of life they portray with word and song.
