In a god creation

In a god creation

In a god creation

In a god creation I fold into my breath
Inhale lungs and chest
Exhale by virtue of the spine
I fill with silence
allowing the day another breath

A nicely written piece, Al.

I can see the yoga analogy and the bodily effects of meditation here.

Good job.

It happened during yoga, which is a contentment in itself. I was a woed by the idea.

Thanks Jacob!

this has such a strong feel of contentment and understanding of the real meaning of being alive.
Al, i really love that line "Exhale by virtue of the spine/ I fill with silence"

and that is certainly not awkward silence, but one to embrace.
