You and Me

You and Me

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

who?

"

You and Me

Oh! Is that you?
I thought perhaps I wondered pass you.
Given a drivel of nonsense I'm amused
but not letting you in.

The bells sound in anticipation
It's celebratory my passing you on like this
I feel a small tickle growing larger
How do you like that you?

Now that me is in full bloom
I'll conjuror a tale of me and you
Tell everyone how the split came about
and ride the wind until it gives out.

Thanks Ana!

If only you were a thought away I'd give you a little peck of a kiss and hoped you stay.

Regards,
Al

Thanks Light Pen!

For your poetic overture. It's refreshing to read a poetic review.

Sometimes you're stuck like glue other times oil and water.
Quite frustrating at times. Trying to get it right...

MISLED LOVE

He held her hand as they argued on
she knew he love her so
she cud tell his love waz true...
But what she cud'nt tell was if she loved him too.

Her heart raised,her conscience whispers
The sad rage, the longfelt pity...

She knew he was hurting and needed reply,
She wiped of his tears with a kiss as he cried...
Verily so,he looked in her eyes, and begs to know what her silence implies...
She held him close with tears in her eyes,
she knew she cudnt tell him,so she told him a lie
& so after he gave her a smile,
.SHE tried smiling back, but it all seemed so dark.

He gave her a kiss and she' a smack,
Then he jumped and he kicked as he hurried away,
she looked at him go amidst all the tears.

If only she cud 4get all her guilt & fears.

She sat on d cold grass with thoughts in her head,
One day, i'll love him.
One day, she had said.
