Pure Reverie

Pure Reverie

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

Ah! The drift to nowhere!

"

Pure Reverie

Cut across the fabric of the mind
I am pleased to tell you
the nakedness does me fine
Numinous reveries poke my cortex lid
Muse numbers my moments said
If I were a poem of pure reverie
I'd feel blessed that you all see me.

Is it we who are naked, or the paper? It's such a feeling of awe when the page is filled, isn't it?

I always see you, Alfred...the sunshine of a day bring you and Jackson ever near!

Thanks E!

I think I'm tenured when it comes to reverie.

The mind wanders off and the pen follows.....ahhhh....your write, we read, and it's all good. Indeed, reverie. Lydi**
