Here Among Keith & Betty

Here I am listening to the music on the water
The length of my silence baffles me
I can hear it all yet not sure where it goes
Keith, Betty smile it's an inner eye thing
I, perhaps, want them to have a half yard of my silence
I just know they do fine with the whistle that makes there silence sing

Talking turkey, gumbo, lentil soup
We all three do the dive
Swim in health, swim like morning dew
I know who will win this race
But it won't matter cause
We found our own silence
and we just grow.
