the mystery of all

the mystery of all

A Poem by Alfred Kukitz
"

anybody know?

"

the mystery of all

i’ve grown pass the smell of youth
whispering clouds console me
in the event of a storm i take it as norm
and hear how the thunder plays me
had i an inkling of this storied tale
in the kid that made a man of me
i would wonder myself to another realm
as i stroke my reveries into planets and stars
i’d feel that the old godhead was shaking my hand
then offering a minute of now i’d ask
can i please sir have the mystery of all!

Thanks Jacob!

To know everything is impossible but somewhere in the asking the illusion of knowing spurs me on.

i think we will go to our graves and the hereafter and never understand truly, the nature and mystery of life. Just not in the cards...like the nuns told us in great school..."don't have to understand it, just believe it."
