I can feel your frustration, Andrew. I think they're making an estimated, calculated guess at the possibility of the probability of ...whatever!

Here in San Diego, the west coast of the USA, we're pretty much in the throws of spring, with temps in the mid 70's, with lots and lots of sunshine and clear skies...so far!
