Welcome to the Thought Factory!

Welcome to the Thought Factory!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Welcome to the Thought Factory!
Will everyone just stop for a moment please.
I've called this meeting today.
Because demand has outstripped supply.
Management requires a 24/7 effort.
Settle down thoughts!
I know I know!
We'll take shifts.
Here's the deal!
Blue team! I want more deep sad tear jerking writes
to appease our female readers.
Red team! We need passion, lust, love in abundance, hot.
Turn up the heat! Make the reader's mind fry! Got it!
Orange team! Turn theology upside down. More dear God writes needed.
Black team! You know what I want darker than dark!  Pure Black I tell you!
Make the reader shiver in thought!
Humour and Satire team! Yes! Yes! lol haha! lmao!  lofr! Funny! Good one!
I don't have to tell you guys!
Green team! Envy, jealousy I want dark green! No vegetables!
Well! Snap to it Thought teams!
Stop daydreaming!
We're not called the Thought Factory for nothing!
We need writes now!
Besides, we don't want to be like next door,
in the Mad Factory.
Thoughts all wrapped up, padded in white!
Do we!!!!!
They might have the winning score!

I enjoyed this poem.
"Besides, we don't want to be like next door,
in the Mad Factory.
Thoughts all wrapped up, padded in white!
Do we!!!!!
They might have the winning score!"
I live in the mad factory with my three grand-boys. Nice flow to thoughts led to very nice ending.

I have to admit, Andrew, you certainly have your own flavor of art. It's funny, but, it's not, all at the same time :) I personally hate factory work. I prefer being my own boss...wink

Thank you so much NeuroVersifier. Glad you enjoyed!:)
I am single and retired so I no longer have to think on command and I don't do factory work, in fact some days I chose to not think at all, does that make me management material? Bravo! Another good one from the wacky wizard of words :~)
