Internal conflicts

Internal conflicts

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Internal conflicts.
"When the heart does beckon,
the mind ruthlessly discards." said the Heart.
"When the mind bringeth,
the heart throws away." replied the Mind.
" Can we not remain cold, we have each other?" asks the Heart
" You're all heart!" replied the Mind

i relate...much more heart than mind, i am.

the mind knows better, the heart just doesn't care...it feels whatever it wants to.
