Eve! Where's the apple?

Eve! Where's the apple?

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Eve! Where's the apple?
The fruits of your labours
            glazed,
were in the dried fruits
             now;
    I see you've aged.
             Anyway,
    if you wish to meet
         you'll find me
     in the cured meats!
