What of man?

What of man?

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Man does not adapt
he changes.

Man does not share
he takes.

Man does not give
he keeps.

Man does not remember
he forgets.

Man does not conquer
he destroys.

There is no Man,
a Man for all seasons.

For Man is Man.
Man is no God.

yes, No Man for all Seasons...he takes all he can in one season...and then forgets he was ever human.

thank you J for your words.
A poignant message that is saddening about man and mankind. We all wish man can do the right thing and be just but most don't. Thank you for sharing, sir Andrew.
