A hop, skip and a jump!

A hop, skip and a jump!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The congregation in the mind speaks
of thoughts that gather,
thoughts that infest,
thoughts that bore,
in decay rest.
A thought never had
a seamless journey,
but rather a disjointed
interaction;
a fleeting moment
in time's space.
Just a hop, skip, and a jump!

Hi Andrew:) I wish my thoughts were that steady but i'm afraid most of mine meander spark fizzle crack spurt and claw to clarity in the briefest of moments only to be forgotten seconds later :)

We are preoccupied with our thoughts, but as you say, they are but fleeting moments. We think we are them, but we are really more than them.
