In all seasons cold blue.

In all seasons cold blue.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Heavy the tear
drenching the soul
drowning in its salt water;
a drop turning blue
runs down swimming
in a pool of sorrow, calling
for the replenishing of
all things sad -
there was only surrender.

Meanwhile, during the investigation
detectives link sorrow to the tear
through a suspect known as Sad Eyes.
The investigation continues....

Sad eyes, a song. I liked the flow of thoughts leading to the proper ending. Tears of sadness, could create a ocean. Thank you Andrew for sharing the amazing poetry.

Oh those sad eyes are guilty. So guilty of all those tears. No detectives needed. A unique way of looking at sorrow.
