The Guard and The Princess

This is about a fight between a princess and a guard. It is also about their love. This was going to be a poem that's why it looks weird but it turned into kind of a play. I hope you like it.

He said: I can feel your pain running inside of me

I can feel the hurt of leaveing you behind

But I just can't take this

I can no longer be with you

All I'll do is hurt you

She said: You can't hurt me

Our love is stronger than that

We can get through this

Please don't run away

I need you to stay

He said: I can't I love you but ...

In the end I will only hurt you more

She said: Please don't leave

He said: I have to for if I don't you will die

She said: So be it at lease I'll die holding the one I most love in my arms

He said: I can't let you die because of your love for me

I need you to live without me by your side

She said: But I love you

He said: You can no longer love me 

I'm just a figment of your imagination 

For I'm just a guard and you are a princess 

The person I love but can not marry for it is wrong to do so

She said: I am not a princess anymore 

For you are the only one I love

If that means I'm not a princess than that's fine

Because I love you and you love me

He said: Fine I will take you with me as my wife

So you do not die by the hand of him 

But don't say I didn't warn you I will hurt you

She said: You wouldn't hurt me

With that they road off together never to be seen again

Cute story ... although everything gets a bit repetitive at times, you managed to get your story accross
