I know its outrageously stupid and dull. But i always wanted to combine my 2 hobbies poetry and physics. Here is the result, if you can bear it
Would we know gravity? If Newton was a bard, Would you know relativity? If Einstein was a poet hard Hard on writing sonnets maybe, Or ballads, or odes on a paper shard All to please his dear lady, Making her glad, with postcards What then would be his discovery? A new form of poetry! A one that's called physitry! A one that's called physitry! ---------- Amar laksh
interesting twist indeed....i would have expected something like "two protons deeply in love who could never fuse" or some such nonsense. you have made this light and humorous and very fun to read. well done.
A physicist is the biggest believer of nature,
A physicist is inspired by nature
A physicist is always challenged by nature
His job is intriguing, exciting, thoughtful, creative & philosophical
Just like a good poet
Asking questions & Seeking answers.
Physics and mathematics are pure art forms. The equations are more expressive and perfect than any language on earth. Theoretical physics is poetry! I'm glad you enjoy both disciplines. They are like breath and blood. One is no good without the other and they are both only relevant to sustain life.
Enjoyed the tease.
Be well
Hi Amar, I like this lovely piece. The concept is original. The question tantalising. The only thing I would say is do not repeat the final line as it dilutes its impact in this instance.
