Blue Moon

Blue Moon

A Poem by Amber S. Hays

Your moon is no different from mine,
But they sure as hell aren’t the same,
I can’t even remember the last time someone said my name.

I guess this could be true about humans too, we all look different, yet all have the same skeletal structure on the inside. We all have the same set of organs and bones as everyone around us...and as for the moons, they aren't different, yet aren't the same. They could be polar opposites, perhaps a reflection of one another.
