Morning Reverie

I love God. I love His creations and the beauty He paints in the early morning light. It is during these quiet moments when I'm alone, just He and I, when I can truly feel His presence and His love.

In the misty mountain morning,

brushed in tangerines and blues,

in quiet sunrise solitude

I am alone with You.

 

I seek you in the river's rush

and find you on the snow-kissed peaks,

through the trails of sleeping violets

underneath my feet.

 

In harmonies of nature's song,

His breath, the wind between the trees;

The Father's love upon my cheek,

felt in every gentle breeze.
