Wordless

Wordless

I sit with a blank page in front of me

I have the inspiration

But I don’t know where to start

What are the right words

To hook my readers

To begin a story

Where are the right words

To tell my story

I have the feelings

But the words escape me

I am at a loss

Not speechless

But wordless

I know this isn't very good or interesting...I wrote it because I couldn't come up with any thing else.

A very tightly packed flower of a poem.
The last two lines extend are universal, extending past poetry and capture a part of everyday social isolation. The poem itself embodies the desire to touch and to grab and to feel something not quite tangible, and I found it very powerful.
