Love Ever After.

This is a poem I just wrote about two people in love.

It's amazing how some people come into our lives.

You start to day dream about being husband and wife,

You go from being alone, with no one there.

To making memories together you can always share.

 

Lucky enough to find a new beginning with someone so unique.

Their presence takes away your breath, making it hard to speak.

A feeling in your gut tells you not to let this slip away.

So many new emotions that you can hardly convey.

 

It's as if the whole world has fallen into place,

Wanting nothing more than each others embrace

Learning the journey of each others past,

Seeing how much your lives compare or contrast.

 

The pains you suffered prior, will not matter anymore.

Putting faith in one another will help them heal and restore.

It's remarkable the amount of love and support one can bring to the table.

They take away the pain and suffering and suddenly make you feel stable.

 

You'll do everything to make them feel like your one and only,

Finally finding the right person who doesn't make you feel lonely.

They brighten your day with every act of love, every laugh and smile.

The lessons learned in life that led you to them were more than worthwhile.

 

You know when you find the one who's worth the long haul.

Every gesture of love they show is worth a lifetime, big or small.

No obstacle could ever come between your love and break your bond.

You will only grow stronger from it and soar above and beyond.

 

Baby, you are it, your are the one, I will never let you leave.

I will fight until my dying day to keep you with me, please believe.

I love you to the moon and back, and then again,

You are my reason for life, the reason I still remain.
