SINFUL ZEPHYR

SINFUL ZEPHYR

A Poem by Shweta Sunil

The wind,it carries sins of the past
For when it blows,
It brushes past stained conscious of all--
With the water that slid across lands of past,
It flows slyly--
Only to remind of the buried,
Of that, that could not exist--
Of that, that could only live through dreams;
And that, that remained an illusion
Through the thoughts of some insane soul.

Powerful, honest and strong thoughts.
"And that, that remained an illusion
Through the thoughts of some insane soul."
It seem insanity find its way to modern time too. It is sad the past had taught us nothing. Thank you Shweta for sharing the amazing poetry.
