Little Wishes

Little Wishes

A Poem by Victoria Scott

Whenever I blow a dandelion

I whisper a wish into the wind

And as the petals float afar

The gentle breeze carries my heart into the air.

Up into the rays of the sun

My wishes float into the sky

Wondering who will unlock their prayer

Trusting as though a dearest friend.

I trust the breeze to carry my wish

To the only one able to understand

The deepest wanting inside my heart

And hold the gift upon His hand.

Beautiful wish you wished in the write. Liked this smoothness of piece, it's a nice piece, you'e told too many words in your short write. A flower Dandelion creates an unique interest reading the poem interestingly. A splendid write.
