Changes under stains of grey

Changes under stains of grey

A Poem by Ana Del

Life's untamed wind blows
From North all the way South,
Leaving none untouched, from humble to proud.
It brings dust upon ourselves,
Confusions mend, delusions flow,
And leaves nothing black or white,
All is dust tainted and part kind.

Human nature, oh mighty colourful creature
Sometimes clearer in your shades,
Other times oh, so dark,
Everyone can have its pick,
They all come, anyway, under shades of black.

Oh human, you crazy fool, sweet dreamer,
Free choice is still just a golden privilege
Just pick your colours, go have your say,
Only stop believing that they are all so pure,
Since you're the king of stains of grey.
