Love Won and Lost

Love Won and Lost

A Poem by Anna Clark
"

This is a poem about an ex-boyfriend, with whom I have years of history with, and I am still very much in love with him.

"
A love that was once,
May never be again.

But ours was.
You called me your anomaly.
A one and only true love.

We laugh and smile
We loved and cried

There will always be an us.
We know this in our hearts
Late night texts, tears and joy.

I will always remember you with love and fondness
With us, "us" is always on the table.
