By My Side

The hill before me, you made me climb

Didn't matter the feelings, you were by my side

The distance so frightening, you kept holding my hands

All you said I can make it to the other side

My feet felt weak, you kept holding me tight

The fear surrounded my heart, you stood right beside me

You made me not to fear, tight you grabbed me

Whenever i lost gear, slowly you made me start

My body was heavy, falling down was granted

You lifted me up, with your hands you supported me

When my eyes were full of tears, with your clothes you dried me

As you saw I move backwards, the big push you provided 

The strength I now carry, without you it couldn't happen

It came through your passion, I have witnessed your ambition

I will remember your sayings, if you try you will be able

I was able to overcome,  because of you by my side
