I believe that 1/6th of humanity represented by India must get a chance to read, hear and learn about liberal arts. But to get there, there needs to be a complete overhaul of the present day public life in India. Only then can the people of India begin to appreciate and produce more and more quality works of art/music/literature like it has in its long history.
