Trapped

A little poem on how i feel with my memories

Every single day
And every single night
I cannot stay away
From what's inside my mind

I cannot get away
From what is in the past
The memories in my brain
Will always seem to last

I feel like I am trapped
From what I hold within
I try to forget it all
But it's stick there on a pin

Why can't I let go
Why can't I forget
I'm filled with lots of sorrow
I'm filled with such regret
