Take Me

Take Me

A Poem by Chirag Kumar

Take Me

Take me to the beauteous lands
Of bliss and mirth glowing hand in hand.
Where the dew rests on the naked areola
and fingers slither down the spine.

Let me rest on thy luscious hair
whose intricate knots untie my despair.
Where lips caress my crumbling heart
With a wiff of elixir and bouts of wine.

Drown me in the oceans of eyes
A pilgrimage which seldom ceases to mesmerize.
Where the ethos of death is shattered
And life begins with every blink.

Make me live and make me die
Take away my breath with a fluffy smile.
Where our souls unite and bodies pulverize,
take me to those beauteous lands.

Eloquently expressed and beautifully projected into the reader's heart and soul.

This is so powerfully expressive. Yes, love is a land, a world like no other, and those who journey there never return the same. Hoping you find the sacred pathway there, my friend, and that you root yourself deep in that garden.
