Pandora's Box

Pandora's Box

A Poem by Martina
"

The name says it all...Pandora's Box

"

Whispering souls
I hear in the distance
I hold the key to the box
To destruction and pleas
Souls are deadly
Maybe all shall be well
But disease and lies
War and crimes
When will it all stop?
If the box was destroyed
Could all be sane again?
If I didn’t have the key
Would I be tempted to find the box?
If I wasn’t Pandora
Would there be a box at all?
I was not sure but it’s too late now
The box is open and now all is lost
People are begging for forgiveness
For they are not sure what they did wrong
And it is my entire fault
For if I wasn’t born
There would be no box at all . . .

Um...I changed this into Pandora's Box because a reviewer gave me the idea and I really didn't like the poem before. I like it but maybe there are to many questions? I'll let you guys decide, please be blunt!

That was quite cute and nice.
:]
I thought the first part was going to go along with Pandoras Box.
Obviously it didn't.
It was pretty well done.
:]
A nice read.
