Secrets

Secrets

A Poem by Angel Veselinov
"

Another one of the same kind. Secrets are part of our lives either we want it or not i hope i made the point.

"
Secrets all around us
secrets that would last
Secrets that will bind us
Secrets from the past

Carrying around them
makes us live a lie
If you got to found them
may be you would die

Some things are forgotten
others come to past
Secrets you have gotten
have you in their grasp

Living in a fear
living in a lie
Death is always near
Secrets never die

Great poem and analogy about some secrets being deadly. some come to light, others need to be buried, while some secrets can help heal wounds or lost lives- such as during the holocaust era.

Again I find wisdom here with a nice flow. Very good writing!

I like how it makes you feel as though secrets hold us captive, makes the cliche "the truth shall set you free" make more sense..
