My reflection shatters
As the raindrops fall From the clouds disguised as eyes. The glassy blur Is foggy The sharp lines of a figure melt together. What I see is not the same Everyday something changes Something worse. Perfection is unrealistic In this shadow In my mirror. The wish to be invisible Always lingers Never can I disappear. I have no disease Nor am I alone I wish, I wish I could be confident in my bones.
