Your infidelity was never a choice
I can’t blame you for wanting more than what was given
Unrealistic happiness in photo settings
Saturated love blurring honesty’s complexion

My infidelity was always a choice
I can’t blame myself for wanting more
My faithfulness worn on my sleeve
At least, love never saturated my peripheral
Only succumbed to my id

And it all began with you
