Driveway//Roselle Park, NJ

A Poem by Alexandra

Gripping my hair
Pulling all fibers back
I want to return what I have
And get you instead
Unwarranted lover
Let me nibble on your fingers
So you can’t touch any other

They say people come into your life for a certain purpose
Many ask why am I still alone
But, if I have you
I promise:
There is no need to run around searching anymore
