I can see in your eyes: blazed mania
Want everything
Have nothing
I’m not in that formula
But, it’s nice to know I tried

Nestled in your arms
Told you I love this
“But, do you love me?”
I can’t feel that way anymore

This vacant soul
Has only dedicated to one thing
The words in my head
And the connections I make to this moment

Hemingway always said to have something to write with
No matter how much you dedicate to this moment
I’ll always take the time to write heart to paper
And never add you to that equation

How unfortunate.
