Road Roller

A Poem by atitpatel
"

This one is all about getting away from home.

"

Ol' man, this I say,
We must go today,
Let's ride faraway,
To an unknown place.

Ol' friend, this I say,
Leave your home,
And find a cave,
Live in the jungle one day,
And the city you'll brave,
Day after day.

Ol' man, oh ol' man,
Go skip a fence,
It's no offense,
And you'll find a new plan.

Oh man, ol' pal,
We must roll today,
Allow the smoke tar,
To honor our way.
